If you decide to purchase an annuity from us, your pre-filled forms will be sent to you by next day mail with return postage pre-paid. Forms are double checked and most contracts are issued in a ten days or less. Upon receipt of your contract, your Annuity Investments Group agent will contact you to make sure everything in your contract is correct and that you are completely satisfied.
